This Jacob Blessing (spelling Blassinger on the baptism announcement) and his wife Anna Maria Muller were witnesses in the baptism of Anthony's second child. Anna Maria Muller was the widow of Sebastian Geiger. Jacob was the uncle of Anthony Blessing. In the border of the baptism announcement of Anthony's second child, Jacob, was the writing "to the new world". This statement was written next to the name of the above Jacob Blessing from Wiernsheim. This could be the Jakob Blessing who left Wiernsheim in 1754 for America. However there has been no documented proof to date (1997).
